Character and Object References
A character, an object, and a reason to share the scene.
When your idea includes both a person and a specific object, describe more than their appearance. Explain where they are in relation to each other and what happens between them.
A character beside a bicycle is a different scene from a character riding it. Make that relationship part of the idea rather than leaving it to the references alone.
See the Relationship in the Scene
Compare the character reference, the object reference, and the result. Look at their placement, scale, and the action between them.

Describe Both References and Their Roles
- Name Each Subject
- Identify the character and the object separately, including the visual details that matter to the idea.
- Set Their Relationship
- Explain who holds, uses, approaches, or stands beside the object. Describe their relative position when it matters.
- Place the Action
- Add the setting and the moment you want to explore, keeping the character's action distinct from the object's role.
Bring the Scene Idea to Reference to Video
Start with the references you want to build around, then describe how the character and object belong in the same scene.
